Are EZ prepaid return UPS & USPS shipping labels included with this HSN item?
Hi HSN C.S.
Does this item come with the EZ prepaid UPS and USPS return shipping labels, as I need to buy to gift it, and thanks!
Cuisinart 3.5-Quart Programmable Slow Cooker
I await your kind reply and many thanks!
Hi Again Kyle,
Below is my update about the slow cooker.
All is well that ends well Kyle because I sure got lucky buying that Cuisinart 3.5 qt. slow cooker from a Competitor on the net who gave me a 20% off in store or on line coupon deal, and also threw in free shipping, and I used Ebates to get my % cash back for that purchase too.
So I am very pleased and yes it pays to shop around especially shopping from your recliner and lap top and not having to get dressed up, pay for gas and parking, and schlep to stores looking for a slow cooker birthday item,
Hope your day turns out great too, and again many thanks Kyle:).
@redman1, sorry for any disappointment. I was reading this and just wanted to remind you that you should never have to pay to return a defective or damaged item. If the item doesn’t come with a label but is received damaged or defective, we will normally send a prepaid label for the return. If we’re unable to send a label, we will definitely reimburse you for the cost to send the damaged or defective item back.
Thanks very much for that information Ryan,
I know if the item is defective or used and delivered to me that a prepaid USP or UPS label (my choice can be emailed to me to be printed out), and that is fine because I only use EZ prepaid UPS return labels since I do not have to take them to UPS to ship them back for a refund because s I get daily UPS deliveries.
I can just hand in the defective item and my UPS delivery person scans it in and then returns the item so I can get my refund. I also can track the UPS return with the UPS return track # from the HSN EZ UPS prepaid return shipping label..
I refuse to use USPS because I would have to schlep the defective return to Post Office myself since USPS does not accept returns in my place of dwelling, they only make deliveries and will not accept any residential USPS returns..
Also when I tried many times to schedule a postal pickup via the Internet they do email a confirmation of the date I requested and state a USPS person will arrive on that date, but that never happens and no one arrives, so I end up waiting in vain and becoming very very frustrated.
Waste of time and effort. USPS is useless and my postal Manager said there is nothing USPS can do about that, so in view of that unacceptable fiasco USPS is not ever an option for me to utilize.
It is just too far to get to the nearest Post Office for me, and too many people standing in a long line that extends outside on the sidewalk a long way just waiting to get into postal to be serviced.
“In hot weather and cold rain and snow it is brutal standing outside for long periods of time on a very long line just to get into the Post Office to return an item”.
Also there is no parking available nearby and all the meters for parking on the street are taken so can never drive to the post Office would have to take buses and use a transfer just to get there, and then also take 2 more buses to get home using another bus transfer.
Needing to use 4 buses round trip to and from USPS are just unacceptable, as is schlepping a package whether lite or very heavy myself using MTA public transportation.
Also I refuse to have to pay for gas or parking since the parking spots and parking meters are not available to park my car in that very congested extremely busy Postal area. (BTW should I luck out I would run out of time and lose my spot waiting on line to put more $ into the parking meter since the line is so very long and very slow just to get into the Post Office.
I also refuse to carry anything defective or delivered used to me, which needs to be returned to the Post Office. since no one from Post Office will come to my residence to pick up the defective item and take it over to the Post Office to return it.
Simplification is an art which many Competitors have formulated via using prepaid UPS return shipping labels which is no hassle at all for me and that means only using prepaid UPS labels and personally handing my return item into their hands when they make in home deliveries and hand my deliveries directly into my hands on a daily basis, and for me that is the only no hassle option I will use.
I thank you and HSN for many years of exemplary service and hope they can also provide EZ UPS return prepaid labels I can use if need be and just hand to my UPS carrier all my defective or used, or unsatisfactory HSN returns, and have the UPS carrier them scan the item in and send it on its way to be returned using the prepaid EX UPS return label, all from the comfort and warmth of my home:).
Oh Kyle I am getting used to being disappointed by HSN as of late, and they don’t even offer extended warranties for all the electrical items they sell on their Internet site and in the past they used to, but also no ext. warranty for this item either.
I just refuse to buy and gift items without getting the prepaid UPS & USPS EZ return shipping labels, in case the item proves to be defective, used, or is evidently unsatisfactory and needs to be returned.
(Some items are very heavy and would cost too much $ to pay out of pocket to have them returned to HSN).
Thanks anyway my friend, for your kind expedient reply, and have a wonderful day Kyle:).
P.S. I will look around and see if I can get this item from the Internet and report back to you in a bit as I really need to get this as a gift and it was a special Birthday request for a very special young lady my wife and I really love.
