I have sent 3 different emails to customer service since last Friday and they haven’t been acknowledged. Why can we no longer contact the arcade team directly? At least they knew what we were talking about and responded.
6/22/17 Spin to Win got 3 in a row 1,000 tickets & only received 250 tickets.
I have received confirmation emails from the Arcade Team that they are working on both these issues.

One email was about Mahjongg Toy Chest and Monkey Gems suddenly stopped loading/playing on Chrome. They are fine on other browsers. Many here play only on Chrome.
