I, unknowingly, had 2 accounts so yesterday customer service combined them. Went to play in the arcade and had zero points. I had over 611,000 points!!! Where are they???
Thank you, Kim, I will await your reply or email. FYI, my original arcade name was shoelady60. I had to add a "0" in order to get into the arcade after the account merge as it stated shoelady60 was already in use (which is me)?? As far as the password, CS gave me a generic one to log in after the merge. I went back and used "change password" to put my original one in and would not let me, said already in use. Should have just let the 2 accounts alone, this is becoming a nightmare!
Also, can’t use the same password, says it is already in use (which is mine) and can’t use the same nickname in arcade. Everything, badges, scores, etc. are gone.
