Anyone else experiencing slow deliveries???
I ordered several different things 1/10 and 1/11..still not showing on UPS tracking..just showing they were notified but nothing picked up.Thanks in advance~
My last order has shipped and I am hoping it gets here before I leave on my cruise. I wish HSN had a Prime program like Amazon does and we could get 2 day delivery. I would gladly pay a yearly fee. I’d even be happy with a 3 or 4 day delivery from the date of purchase.
The Gemini that I ordered on the 24 hour crafts day has been “stuck” in Knoxville since January 12 and there has been no update in the status since. Is anyone else having the same problem?
Its finally showing up in the tracking..between the huge amounts of clearance sales, the weekend and hoilday..its taken longer. I should get my goodies thursday..the 19th! Hard to be patient..lol. My return has been tracked…still no refund..guess everything takes longer..thanks all for your input. Sorry for those of you that didn’t get your items..xo
Yes!! I ordered the neck device from Prai on January 5 and it has yet to be delivered!! Today is the 17th, what is going on?
, your question seems to be getting ignored. I live in Arizona. When I order items, the shipping frequently shows what you’re seeing. I found out it’s because the items are often traveling across country by train or truck to a UPS facility in California. So it shows up as notified but nothing picked up for several days. I just had a necklace that I ordered Jan. 5 with a scheduled delivery of Jan 15, do that from the 6th to the 9th. It was actually delivered on the 12th, but I was getting a little nervous because I wanted it for an event on the 15th. As I recall I didn’t even see the 9th date until I got a notice from UPS My Choice that it was on its way. Hopefully yours will resolve soon. Even though shipping often looks like it’s slow, my things have always arrived within the original time frame HSN has given me.
On Jan 3rd I was told to return it for a replacement. I returned it on Jan 5th. Why was I not informed at that time, or the next day, that you had no replacement? I could have held onto it until you had one. Now I have a 6 month subscription with nothing to use it on.. Did the person who told me to return it, check stock at that time?
Well that really isnt fair. Is it possible to back order this, i cannot get the same package anyplace else.

in december I ordered and received a Cricut Explore Air 2, when I received it, it had Only the machine and cord to hook it up to the computer. I was told to return it and they would ship me a new one. I did and it was received last Thursday. I would like to know when a new one will be shipped, My six month subscription is ticking away. Order
