To @hsn_krissy, your shipping department really owes the people who bought the Cricut Maker W/Auto-ship a HUGE HUGE APOLOGY!
It seems that (from what I have been reading) THEY are the majority of your customers who have been told their Auto-ship is on Extended Delivery, not until April! (Yeah, I read your comment about how they should be receiving them sooner)!
I WAS NOT one who bought a Cricut Maker in October, but I DID buy the auto-ship on January 10th.
AND I RECEIVED mine TODAY!
Something’s wrong here,. I should have been put on Extended Delivery, and those who purchased the Maker way back in OCTOBER should have been receiving their Auto-ships TODAY!!!
I can find NO JUSTIFICATION for this shipping screwup.
If I were in their shoes, I would be talking to MANAGEMENT…
