Angry Customer – just lost a good customer
I have ordered a lot from HSN, but lately HSN shipping time frame is ridiculous. I have been getting packages much later than what was guaranteed. My last order has been a DISASTER!!! My last order was lost in delivery, so I reordered and selected 2 day shipping. When I ordered online it said I would get it by May 14th. Well, I never got it on May 14 and paid almost $30 for 2 day shipping. I chatted with a rep on 5/13 when I realized it was still packing and was told that I wasn’t getting it on the 14th, but would get it on Monday, May 16. Well, it still says packaging. I chatted with another rep this morning and she said I would get it today. So, I asked for a tracking number and she couldn’t provide one. So, I contacted Fed Ex and UPS (I have accounts and they notify me when I have a scheduled delivery). Well, they both said they have nothing scheduled. So I contacted again (throught Chat) and was told a different story. I am now told it not being delivered today. Rep apologized for so much wrong info, but won’t credit me for the 2 day because today is not over. WTH!!!! I was just told I am not getting it today. It is packaging. So needless to say this was a present that was supposed to given on 5/15. I still don’t have it and no one can tell me when I will get it. Tomorrow will be 5 days!!!!! So why offer 2 day shipping????
I am done with HSN! I asked to speak to a superviser through chat since I am at work, but they said I have to call. No thanks. Last time I called I was put on hold for 30 minutes.
HSN just lost me as a customer! Order from QVC or Overstock or Amazon. You can get it much faster and they have better customer service.
Of course they have no idea the status of my order. That is why they have to private messagge me. I was supposed to get it BY May 14th. I have an email that confirms that. The rep messages me and says I MIGHT get it today but they have no tracking. DUH!!! It is still packaging that is why you don’t have a tracking number. Fed Ex and UPS have no deliveries for me today. 5 days and paid for 2 day shipping is ridiculous!!!
Oh – when I said I was supposed to get it on May 14 – the rep said I was wrong. They don’t deliver on Saturday. Well, my online order stated delivery by May 14.
It already processed thru PayPal and then thru my bank. Each shirt cost $34.95
I’ve already received the shirts and I plan to return anyway so I’m not concerned about it.
Hello , we always authorize the full amount (without the discount) to allow for cancellations. Once the payment processes on your account it will only be for the discounted amount.
