All of my order status and History is Gone!
I went online to check my account and its saying I have no history or order status to show. I am being charged on my HSN card for an item that is sold out! (item: Dpatrickjacketw/deta) It says my purchase was on 1/19/2017 but I have no information that it was shipped no confirmation of purchase. Why am I getting charged for a sold out item that was never shipped to me! Please resolve this.
I am also experiencing orders dropping from my account. It has happened several times. I am also not getting confirmation on orders so I am not sure when orders are processing & ready fororder with three.
I am having the same issue. I have multiple FlexPay orders and nothing is showing up. There is also nothing showing up under my order history. On top of that, I just placed a new order before noticing this issue and it’s stuck on “submitting.” You aren’t the only one and hopefully this is resolved soon.
