I purcased an ALCATEL tracfone. november 2015…… activated dec.2 2015……. tried using my phone mar.18 2016
tracfone said the phone was de-activated…… thiey said I only activated for 90 days.
When i purchased the phone, it was for a 1 year activation, 1200 text,data,minutes…..
I had problems activating at first, and called tracfone for help, also contacted simply wireless for HELP.
I don’t use the phone that much, but now when I need it….. NOT ACTIVATED……. NO MINUTES
Please HELP me on this problem……. I have contactedt "simply wireless"…. but have had no response
I have read several comments about "simply wireless" and problems people were having with the same issues

Macie, I hate to tell you this, but you have another typo in your today’s post!! They have already ‘linked’ it, but it goes to some earrings. I don’t know if you can ‘erase’ and rewrite or not. Hey, this pendant could be sold out before we get it right!! LOL I think it should be #359-248

Thank You Cindy you are correct the only pendant remaining is "protect".
Cindy, you are correct that the only pendant remaining is the ‘Protect’ one that you described. However, I believe that both of you have half of the product number incorrect. I found the pendant at #359-248, unless I make a typo too.
The only one left is Protect with an angel and the Item number is 259-248:smileywink:
