I have never before purchased anything from HSN before. I attempted to place my first order and it wouldn’t go through. Spent hours online chat and phone to only find out about a block and that only a specific department could unlock it and I’ve never gotten around to calling them because each time it takes a length of time to get through the first tier of customer service and this specific department has limited hours of operation. Is there anyone that can unblock my address so I can place my order. Also why are you guys using the practice of blocking addresses instead of account names and holders. This is so strange to me. You are punishing innocent people unrelated to whatever happened in the past. Also I have loved at my address for over seven years now.
I am sorry for the inconvenience that the hold on your address has caused @lseebster. Sadly, the only department that can remove that hold is our Order Verifications department. Addresses have holds placed on them as it will prevent others from placing an order on behalf of anyone who has a hold on their account to circumvent that hold. I have sent a request to have this reviewed. Please allow 5-7 business days for this to be completed.

I apologize that you’ve been unable to order, @northga1! It appears your account was permanently closed in 2017. Sadly, after further review, I can confirm that your account is unable to be reopened at this time. I truly wish I could do more.
