Why is my acct blocked? I am current, make all flex pays, why am I blocked? This is awful. I am trying to purchase light bulbs. No communication, no response to my email.
Hello ndmomof3, I’m sorry the size didn’t fit comfortably and I know that is disappointing. I’ll be glad to help with a return or an exchange for another size. S&H fees are never charged for an exchange and you can create an Exchange in your Account Order History by opening each order and selecting a different size. In case you wish to return for a refund, I’ve waived the return s&h fees for both orders. I also sent your comments to the Buying Team to be aware of your experience.
