Acct amount not decreasing
I am dumbfounded as to why the amount I owe is not decreasing even though I pay ahead of time, never ever pay late, and send more than amount due!! I’ve requested, on several occasions, a complete breakdown from time I first placed an order, June 2017, until last order placed Dec 2017, and have been ignored!!! Yes, I’ve search online for the information but to no avail. Very disappointed with customer service and I will no longer order from HSN. Next step is contacting managers, supervisors,etc. I need an answer and am not getting one.
