Account has a Block?
I tried purchasing a Mac computer during Christmas on Flexpay. Shortly after the order was cancelled & when I went to make another purchase (paid in full, no Flexpay) I was unable to pay as my account has a block on it.
I have several items on Flexpay which are all up to date paid, current CC on file… I absolutely love HSN never returned anything. Can you please advise and or remove this block from my account??
I have tried contacting Customer Service by phone but they have not been able to assist me.
What are the hours to call the number provided? Thank you for the fast replies.
I had a similar issue last year.
What happened was my cc expired and I didn’t call
to activate my new card.

I’m sorry you’ve been unable to place a new order with us. To clear the hold on your account you must reach out to our Verification Department at 800-436-6767. Most likely you will need to leave a message when calling. Regrettably this cannot be cleared by Customer Service. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
