Out of nowhere I have an account block. No past due flexpays. I find it very poor customer service that you arent told why and instead just blocked.
I am sorry for the confusion with this block. It looks like you had a few flexpays that were not paid and are placing a hold on the account. Once those are paid, the account will be unblocked automatically.
