Irritated! My account has been blocked and I have no idea why! I do not have the time to call the customer service, as I am at work and was trying to take advantage of the Flex Pay offers this weekend. I have several prior purchases that have been made this weekend without any problems and am up to date on everything, nor have I ever been late or had my CC declined. Ever. I am really annoyed because I am trying to order Christmas decorations, and there is only 6 left of this one particular item.
I can tell you what happened when I got an account block a few years ago. I tried to place an order and could not. Called CS and the nice man told me it was due to a missing flex play for a Jay King bracelet. Funny thing is, that bracelet was on WAITLIST. If you waitlist something on flex pay, it shows up in the Flex Pay manager, with the due dates of the day you placed the order. It clearly says waitlist in the Flex Pay manager but for some unknown reason HSN was picking up the flex due date as past due, which yes it was, since it’s on waitlist and hadn’t shipped. Once it ships, Flex Pay manager is updated with new due dates based on the ship date. The rep had to get a supervisor to clear the hold so I could continue with my order.
Thank you for fixing it. What happened? My tree has been ordered, BUT I missed out on the silver one that I really wanted bc it sold out and I had to settle for the red one because of being blocked out. It’s really irritating!
