I am not able to place an order because it’s saying my account has been blocked. I checked to see what the problem was and I noticed that I went over my credit limit. I changed my payment method to my personal credit card and I still can’t order.
THANKS!!!!! It worked. I had to change my method of payment for all of my flex pay items.
@NayaThomas, sorry to see you’re having trouble placing an order today. I checked your account and you should be able to correct this by using the FlexPay Manager. Please let me know if you need further assistance.
