I do not know why this account is blocked. Our visa was violated and we are awaiting a new card but I have changed the payments due on the easy pay list. How do I unlock by account and why do they not issue the reason and instructions???????????
Hello , I’m happy to confirm that your account is clear. It sounds like your browser is storing the hold on your account as a cookie. Please sign out of and close hsn.com before deleting your temp internet files / cookies. After opening a new browser window, pull up the site using the address bar, not any saved links such as Favorites. The other option would be to us another browser such as Chrome or Firefox. This should fix the issue you are having.
