Account BLOCKED??? Credit (Debit) Card Invalid?!
I have been an HSN customer since January 2016, and have been gladly purchasing amazing products at amazing prices. But yesterday I wanted to purchase the Today’s Special of “Curtis Stone Multipurpose Pan and lid” but for some reason the HSN website would not allow me to purchase it and I was super disappointed because I was co-purchasing a steamer lid that works with the pan and that transaction went through but I couldn’t buy the Curtis Stone pan. I ended up canceling the order of the Steamer because I was really disappointed and was wondering why I was rejected and was unable to purchase the Pan and missed out on the Today’s Special. TODAY, I wanted to purchase the amazing Today Special “2-pack Fire Quad-Core Tablets Bundle” at yet-again an amazing price. I just tried checking out on the website again and YET-AGAIN I was denied service to purchase it and now the page of “Customer Account Blocked” and “Credit Card Invalid/Blocked” keep popping up!!!! I am fustrated with the fact that I have been a very loyal HSN customer and am very angry because I will most likely miss out on YET AGAIN ANOTHER AMAZING TODAY SPECIAL!!!!!!!!!!!!! I NEED THIS SORTED OUT SOON IF NOT TONIGHT/TODAY because I want to continue being a loyal customer. Please help me ASAP! Thanks.
I have also been asking about a similar situation with my account associated with my address and the previous owner of my house and have gotten NOWHERE!!!!! These guys at HSN must just have all the business they need because they surely aren’t concerned with new or even current customers or they’re purchases. I’ve missed out on several specials too. I think we should all get a “rain check” on the sales prices posted. I’m extremely disappointed with HSN.
My account is blocked due to a phone number issue
? ? I’ve fixed my situation where I can nowpay off and continue to pay my FlexPay Payments and my entire situation where my debit card is active and not blocking anymore payments. But I’m STILL not able to make any new orders???! WHY is this happening?! I thought I was done with this last night! Why am I blacklisted from HSN? Please help me!
And yet all my FlexPay payments have been made on-time and I still have more payments to make on many of my other purchases… I am a loyal customer and deserve to not only be but feel appreciated because right now I feel as though I have done something wrong when all I wanted was to buy a tablet for myself and my sister. I need actual help not some random “Sorry that this has happened to you. I will look into your situation” reply!
