ABSOLUTELY CRAZED OVER NOT RECEIVING REFUNDS FOR ITEMS RETURNED!!!!!!!
Sent back items that TOTALED $513.85 on July 3rd yet HSN claims they NEVER got them and told me I NEVER USED ANY OF THEIR LABELS TO RETURN THEM. I couldn’t be more upset. I have been an HSN shopper for years and have been TOLD that I am one of their best customers, but now I am expected to just eat the cost of those items. Unbelievable!!!! I always keep track of when I send items back and how they were sent, as well as what I returned and I have never had an issue until now. Unfortunately for me because these items were returned over a month ago I am having trouble locating my receipt for the return, but for HSN to tell me I didn’t use a label when I took it to the Post Office myself and they won’t take it without one. This is the limit for me HSN. You could have worked with me a little better on this. I have probably paid someone’s salary with what I have spent over the years.
