Aarrgghh
Trying to pay my credit card. My issue is that I’ve had the card for so long and with online statements that I don’t know where my card is to find my number and I can’t access the statements. I thought maybe on HSN where my card is defaulted would show the number, but nope, just the last 4, so I can’t re-register on the new site. My fault, should have paid attention when I got the original letter and downloaded the statements. Just needed to vent. Hopefully a new card will magically appear sooner than later.

@jazzzy12,I’m sorry for the inconvenience! We definitely want to make this a smooth transition for you. While we can’t provide full account numbers online for security purposes, there are a number of ways we can help:
Please call Synchrony’s HSN Card Services at (844) 889-9676 for an HSN Private Label Credit Card or (844) 889-9674 for an HSN Mastercard. You can enter # to bypass the account number enter and reach the first available team member.
You can also contact Synchrony directly through their Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/SynchronyFinancial) or Twitter (http://twitter.com/asksynchrony). If you send your phone number by private message or DM, they’ll call you directly to assist.
The team can help process payments (and waive any fees), update your account details and answer any questions you may have on your account.
To sign up for Eservice, you will need your full account number. Your next statement, which should arrive within a couple of weeks, will provide the account number you need to sign up.
Again, we’re sorry for the inconvenience. Thank you for being an HSN Customer!
