Tracfone did not fulfill their end of the bargain on min, etc. Finally, possible resolution. Send back phone 6 months later for refund. And as far as flex pay with Comenity?….Bet that will take longer to resolve as the phone rep told me one thing and then the next rep the next day said there was no record? That was not HSN but the finance card company saying that.
