453481 – Antthony ‘Alice’ French Terry Jog Set
On 12/27 I purchased the above item along with many other items and received an email from HSN yesterday that they ran out of this item and were crediting my account.
When I purchased this item it wasn’t even on Wait List so how could it be sold out. It’s still showing being ‘Packaged’ but the credit has been added. I was told they were putting $5.00 into my Account (which hasn’t been done yet) for my inconvenience.
I am very concerned and upset that they sold me an item they didn’t have and don’t expect to have. Why didn’t they just put me on Wait List instead of cancelling the order completely. After years of shopping at HSN this is the first time this happened and it doesn’t make sense to me. Could you look into this for me and explain what really happened? Thank you so much for your time.
Ryan, just wanted you to know I received this item a few days ago and it’s in perfect condition and fits like a glove. Once again I thank you for your help in straightening this out. It’s quite possible it was a return but it doesn’t matter. Just wanted to update you and thank you again – all is well that ends well..

Ryan, I see you have tried to do the right thing and I am very graterful for the adjustments you made in that regard. You did, however, take the $2.99 Spendable Cash that was mine from another transaction. I don’t know how long the Wishlist is but I guess I’m at the bottom so I can only hope some ladies aren’t pleased with it for whatever reason.

Ryan, if Waitlist is only an option when more are expected whether it be from returns or anything else why was I able to, just now, put this same item on waitlist at a MUCH higher price???? It should have been put on Waitlist immediately upon discovering there were no more in the warehouse. None of this makes any sense to me. There is now a $20.00 difference in price.
I wasn’t even given the option of changing the color or size at the lower price. Also, the $5.00 for my inconvenience was never added to spendable cash. I really just want the outfit and, if necessary, the $20.00 difference if one comes in at the higher price since I’m now on Waitlist.
I am a very long time customer and spend a great deal of money and time on the HSN site and truly feel betrayed by those I trust to do the right thing.
, I’m very sorry to see this happened to your order. Once your order was sent over to the warehouse, we realized we didn’t have anymore in stock. We work very hard to meet our customers’ expectations, however, on rare occasions we make an error when managing our vast, rapidly changing inventory. Sadly, WaitList is only an option if we plan on getting more in stock.
