Thank you for your reply. I do appreciate HSN’s generous return policy. However, 134 of the 905 reviews are 1* reviews due to the poor quality of the switches. This is the reason for my concern. Knowing about this problem in advance of placing an order is helpful in avoiding the hassle of a return. That is why I wanted to know if this issue had been resolved. So, no concrete answer to my question. Thank you for reading.
