Can you please update me on to the shipping status of this item? It shows still in packaging but my credit card was already charged on 2/10/16.
But my card was already charged on the 10th. Not a pending charge but the actual charge.
So I have not been contacted. My credit card was charged 7 days ago for an item that has never shipped. I am requesting a credit to my card for this item. If it ever ships then you can charge my card, but not before.
If it hasn’t shipped why was my credit card charged 5 days ago?
