On December 30 I purchased over $75 of Clearance items. I wasn’t able to post item #402321 on the computer so I had to call CS who purchased it for me. I noticed I was charged S&H and inquired why it was the only item I had to pay S&H for. I was told when the item shipped ti would bge corrrected. The item has been shipped and it hasn’t been corrected. Pleae advise if I did something wrong.
Candice, I do apologize, I thought I posted on this thread but forgot to submit. At any rate thank you so much, I do appreciate your prompt reply.
Last time I looked it had more 1 star reviews than 4 or 5. I think HSN does not want people to be influenced by the reviews and start returing since they sold the product by thousands.
Wow! What a boring place this would be if people only purchased online and didn’t post any opinions!
