3rd attempt for 30 day price guarantee on Choconuvo
I sent 2 emails re: my 2 orders of (30 day choconuvo items) that I paid $ 29.90 for each a few days ago. I saw on 4/30/17 at 2 AM Eastern time and still have the show on my DVR that the item was $ 24.90. Again I am requesting a total of $ 10 credit to my account. HSN needs to recheck what they showed on TV at that time and contact me ASAP
Finally, success ! However it should not take 3 tries and have to post on social media to get customer satisfaction. HSN should take notice !!!
