3 months and counting…..no return shipping label
You have mailed a return shipping label to the wrong address TWICE and then sent a UPS man to my house, without telling me, to pick up the junk t.v. I ordered in July.
Every time I call I get transferred to a so-called "supervisor," only to have them make me wait for another label to be sent, etc. Be honest, you don’t have that many supervisors. Meanwhile, it’s been 3 months that I still have NO TV! Now I have to wait another 2 weeks and hope a label comes? lol
Ordering from you was the worst decision I have ever made when purchasing electronics. You have no care in the world for your customers.
Please don’t bother responding with another of your manufactured replies. Get me the label and I swear to you I will never buy another high dollar item from you again…..just please get the label to the RIGHT ADDRESS!
I tried to put the code in for those sandals right now…It doesn’t work…sorry about that! I thought since it had it on the sandal page it was on sale….my bad… 🙁
