2 months and when TV finally arrived it was all broken up. Terrible Experience
I ordered a TV for a fathers day present on May 18th, which shipped May 19th. I didn’t receive the TV come the 1st of June and I called at least five times to make a claim and was pushed around by each customer service rep. TV arrived June 19th and it was broken all up. It is now June 28th and I am still waiting for CEVA to come pick this TV up. Mind you I am being billed until the TV is picked up and returned. Customer of 15 years lost of something that could have easily been resolved. QVC will be my new stomping ground. Thank you

I apologize if you weren’t informed that it may take up to 15 to 21 business days for the pick-up. I saw that we’ve authorized the pick-up and everything is in motion. I will be sending you the tracking number to the email address we have on file. For the pick-up status I would suggest calling CEVA (freight service) at 1-844-215-0640 for details. They are available from 7a to 7p Central, Mon.-Fri.
