Several days ago via email I received a coupon for 17% off a single item limited time usage. Tried 5 times to put in coupon number and each time said it was invalid. Finally gave up. Next day received email telling me time was running out to use coupon. Please explain.

The day before I received my coupon I spent a fortune on Heidi’s Beauty and the Beast line. Dang! i wish I had gotten the coupon that day because it would have come in handy.
Need to use HSN credit card to use coupon.
Where is customer service? use to answer within a few hours.
My 17% coupon worked. Ordered an Elysee set I had in my favorites. Coupons are always much appreciated; guess I will always be a bargain hunter!
Had no problem using mine. My cousin tried using the code and was told it was invalid. Once again, these appear to have been for select customers only. Since you received the email you should have been able to use it. Did you use the HSN account associated with that particular email address? Also, on St. Patrick’s day there was a notice on the top left hand of my HSN shopping page that had my 17% off code. My cousin did not have this notice on her pages. She was not happy and I don’t blame her. Neither one of us has the HSN credit card and we both spend about the same amount every month. Despite all this I really appreciate receiving the 17% off but do wish it had been for everyone.
