14 YEAR CUSTOMER FLEX PAY DENIED
I have been a customer of HSN for 14 years and yesterday I attempted to make a purchase just as I’ve always done but the order was cancelled and I received a message that I was not eligible to purchase the item on flex pay. This has never happened in all the years I have ordered from HSN so I was a bit shocked and disappointed. I mean if I was going to scam the company and not pay for an item I would have done so years ago. I remained a customer for many years because I actually liked the company. Flex pay was one of the main reasons that I shopped with HSN, in fact I think that it is the main advantage they have over other retailers. Now that they have taken this away I am not sure there will be much reason to continue purchasing here. Truly disappointing.
I’m sorry for the disappointment with this Zarielle. Please know that flexpay is decided on an order by order basis and being denied today does not mean you are not eligible for future orders.
