What happened to Crafters Companion Spectrum Noir 12-piece Holiday Sparkle Brush Pen Set?
It’s no longer showing up online. Mine was stuck in packaging since Oct. 5, and I called and canceled it 2 days ago. Now I no longer see the item anywhere. Did anyone out there get theirs?
After an INCREDIBLY loooooong wait, I got the items from the from the 10/5 craft event, and I noticed the Holiday Sparkle Pens had leakage underneath the sealed plastic, didn’t even open them, just sent them back, and requested a replacement……I REALLY wanted these, just found out I’m NOT getting a replacement, and I’m EXTREMELY unhappy…..I sure do hope they fix the problem and offer them again!!!!:smileysad:
Bought Holiday Sparkle Pens, red pen leaked and my hands were red….sent them back for exchange, received 2nd box, looking through plastic covering the box of pens and leakage occured again. Returning that box and getting refund. Called Crafters Companion and they said all further Holiday Sparkle Pens were on hold as they are seeing what the problem is with the leaking issues. Guess no Holiday Sparkle Pens for this holiday season.
I received my Holiday pens and didn’t check them until I received a robo call from HSN. After opening the pens I found out that I had two onyx pens and was missing the silver pen. HSN offered to give me $10 off or to send it back without having to pay shipping. I haven’t decided yet.
Oh my, did not realize there were more. I received my pens Friday a week ago and was very disappointed to find that my box had been opened. I opened and although my pens were still in the plastic wrap, I too found one of the reds had leaked. I was only given a choice to reship or cancel, of course I said reship I wanted these pens!!! Then another packaging wait of 8 days stuck in packaging, I called on Friday and wanted to know why it was taking so long and was told that there are still problems at Piney Flats. UGH! This person tried to tell me that my order should not have been reshipped due to the shipping delays. I explained to here that it was not to replace a not shipped item but a damaged item. She told me they were not supposed to reorder, I tried to explain that this was a replacement not a new order. She finally said oh ok, however, when I returned to the website later Friday night my order had disappeared from Order status and was only showing in order history and the pens were not showing on the website. Now I get an email saying my order has shipped, but when I try to track it, it keeps showing initiated. Hopefully,that will change as of Monday! Becoming very disappointed in the shipping and handling of orders.
I received my order on 10/25/2016. I received a robo call from HSN earlier this week telling me to check my order if I had not already done so (I hadn’t). So I opened the item and checked all the pens. It turns out the that Fig color pen was leaking badly. I called HSN as instructed and they gave me the option of returning for an exchange if available (obviously it is not) or returning for a refund, or taking a partial credit for the leaking pen. I took the $10.00 they offered me. I then attempted to fix the pen with superglue (I don’t know how well it will work, but we shall see). Anyway, the problem with leaking may be why it was removed from the website. This is my personal experience with the item, and my own speculation.
have no idea what it is but sounds like fun.
I got mine this week.
