Not knowing if items arrive with prepaid USPS & UPS labels makes me want 2 shop elsewhere HSN.
Dear HSN Customer Service,
I already implored HSN on each item they sell to please indicate clearly if the item includes the HSN prepaid return USPS and UPS shipping labels.
I rather know before I order because I refuse to spend my $ with any company that does not offer prepaid labels as part of their return policy.
HSN did offer them for every item they sold unless the item required a freight pick up due to restrictions and weight, but not knowing makes me waste more time asking, and then many times the item sells out.
So how about it HSN would you prefer your loyal N Members shop elsewhere when you can easily make it more convenient for them to shop with HSN by offering prepaid labels on every item you sell which does not require other means of returns due to weight and weight restrictions?
BTW do all of your boot selections all come with the HSN easy return prepaid USPS and UPS shipping labels?
That would help me decide do I shop for boots at HSN or shop elsewhere, where I don;t have these inconvenient hassles regarding having to schlep to USPS or UPS with an item and take public transportation no less, in the col weather no less, and then have to wait and wait to be served no less, and then have the final insult of being charged for shipping the item back, and the only items I every ship back are used items which HSN repackages unbeknown to me and sells them to me, and HSN items sold which are defective, damaged, wrong color, wrong item totally with someone else’s personal informaiton on the invoice, or a completely non operational item.
Also HSN “TIME IS $…………REMEMBER THAT SAYING HSN?????
“SO HSN CUSTOMER SERVICE HOW MUCH DO YOU THINK MY PRECIOUS TIME IS WORTH BEING FORCED ONCE AGAIN TO RE TYPE ALL THIS INFORMATION?
TIME AND AGAIN I AM CONSTANTLY ASKING THE SAME RETURN SHIPPING LABEL QUESTIONS, WHICH BTW IS SORELY INCONVENIENT, AND THAT INFORMATION SHOULD ALREADY BE SUPPLIED UNDER THE INDIVIDUAL PRODUCT DETAIL INFORMATION, FOR ALL ITEMS HSN SELLS TO IT’S HSN MEMBERS.
I SHOULD CHARGE HSN FOR MY TIME SINCE IT IS MY TIME AND EXTREMELY VALUABLE….SO HOW MUCH SPENDABLE KASH CREDIT IS MY TIME NOW WORTH HSN FOR THIS REDUNDANT INFORMATION I AND OTHERS MUST REQUEST?
WITH ALL DUE RESPECT HSN A SPENDABLE CASH CREDIT IS THE VERY LEAST HSN CAN OFFER ME NOW, AND A SIZABLE ONE AT THAT, NOT $5.00, BECAUSE $5.00 JUST DOES NOT CUT IT AT ANYMORE.

I find ithardtotake this seriously. This is truly the case of making a mountain out of the proverbial mole hill.
I understand the convenience of having the prepaid label available, but threatening to shop elsewhere if it is not is silly for many reasons — not the least of which that most retailers do not offer such labels.
The real issue, it seems is something else. If you are anticipatting returning purchases at the time of order, perhaps you need to reexamine your shoppig habits.
