Not a happy customer
I bought a Janine sewing machine. The item came damaged so I called hsn and also sent back item. I have yet to be credited and they still are taking out payments claiming they haven’t received it. So I have no product and still paying. Hsn what a scam!

What ever company you sent it back through you should be able to have them run and trace and find out if it was ever delivered. Good luck
