Missing an order – 15 Crafter’s Companion items. Received someone else’s order.
Hello Everyone, I was ecstatic to see the delivery arrive from HSN tonight. I opened it excitedly only to see that one box wasn’t anything I ordered but had the tracking # associated with my 15 items. The box contains Anna Griffin Christmas Collage Card Making Kit #613-653 and The Curve by Alessandro Yarosi, not my items. I called customer service and spoke with Wendy at 8:14pm. Explained that I received someone else’s order and that whom ever belongs to the items I received probably has mine. She’s sending me a shipping label to return those 2 items. She says there’s no way to stop items being returned from going back into stock and being resold to someone else if someone returns my items. Told me to call back in 6 days. The 3 items that are sold out are for my daughters upcoming birthday in 2 weeks. She is special needs and loves to make cards. My 2 daughters and I watched Sara Davies together most of the day during the crafting event. We love Crafter’s Companion products and were looking forward to the day. It was amazing; Sara has an infectious personality full of energy and enthusiasm, she pulls you into whatever she is doing and you feel like your right there with her. My daughter was so excited, especially when she saw the metallic markers #610-433 and the colored paper 542-692. I placed orders throughout the day and was looking forward to the arrival only to be disappointed because half of my order is missing. It was shipped in a separate box and 3 of the 5 items I am giving to her for her birthday are sold out. I am missing half of my order from Wednesday August 15th. Item #604221, 612463, 611833 (2), 542692, 622486, 622634, 622622, 582729, 605740, 610433 (2), 615090, 622483 (2), I pray that someone will read this and have my box or a way to figure out how those items if returned could be set aside for my missing order. Hi Ann Marie. Sorry to hear about the mix up on your order, but mostly about the disappointment for your daughter. I hope someone is kind enough to return the products you purchased, but will HSN know to return them to you? I would certainly hold them to it if at all possible.
I’m thinking it might help and get the attention of Sara if you post this dilemma on the Facebook Page “HSN Friends of Crafters Companion” and the Crafters Companion Facebook page.
I would also try to call the CC office in California to see if they might help too.
Not that my situation is as upsetting as yours, but again some CC metal dies I purchased on Craft Day are now on “Extended Delivery”. If product isn’t available I wish they would be up front about it from the beginning! It was certainly available when I purchased it! If the product doesn’t come soon I’m just going to cancel the order. So tired of the extended delivery bologna!! It happened with product I ordered on a previous show.

You just mentioned that you are tired of the extended delivery orders. I am curious if this has become a regular thing with HSN.in the last 6-7 months? Prior to my last 2 orders (July & Aug 2018) my orders came within the 7-10 days. But I have not shopped since last Dec 2017.with HSN .
I ordered 7 products ( all on autoship) when the Beekmans first aired on July 16. Every product went to extended delivery. I just got the hand creams this week.
I ordered 5 more Beekman items on their next visit & again all 5 are extended delivery ( 4 are autoship). I placed orders when everything first aired.
I do hope that Ann Marie gets her orders…it’s not the fact that the order was messed up, it’s the “we can’t do anything to help you” excuse. “Better luck next time” would be just as helpful.
