May 4 TS Anna Griffin
HSN I just cancelled my order for auto ship for the Anna Griffin impression dies. It has been 10 days and you still don’t have them in stock, when you KNEW how popular they would be! @hsn thinks it is okay to sell a product that won’t be available for weeks, when they SHOULD HAVE had it in stock beforehand. They plan this a year ahead. But people seem to be content to wait and wait and often have it cancelled. That shows disrespect for your customers. Well, I for one don’t NEED this item. I may have liked it, but I don’t NEED it. If more people started cancelling orders that take too long @hsn might get the message. We, as consumers, need to take action when a company takes advantage of customers goodwill. A slight delay is acceptable but I see people just now getting items from March and April! So we might be looking at July?? Nope. Not a necessity. And until people demand the service we used to get, they will continue to leave customers hanging.

In this instance I was glad it was on extended delivery because it gave me extra time to think if I really wanted it or not. I certainly don’t need it, and once I’d thought about it a bit more I didn’t really want it, so I cancelled it. I can live without it, and it saved me the cost of returning it, and also the cost of the item.
