May I please, please, for the love of all that’s holy, have my order for item 617-337 shipped? I preordered it on July 10th from the website – over 24 hours before its debut / launch on Craft Day, July 11th. It was not on backorder / extended delivery, It was a BRAND NEW ITEM. One which I made sure to order early in the hopes of preventing this exact scenario. I don’t care if you are having warehouse problems, shipping problems, or any other kind of problems. There is NO possible explanation or excuse you can give me to explain why my order of this item never shipped, while my friends – one of whom ordered the same item as late as the 13th, and ALL of whom ordered AFTER me – received their bundles weeks ago while mine never even shipped. After WEEKS of trying desperately to get some kind of explanation from you people, via every possible avenue and completely without any success, I have had it. I don’t even care anymore *why* you royally wrecked my order. I just want my stuff!
