Has anyone else had craft order cancelled?
Out of the blue, I got a message that AGAIN HSN does not have the item I ordered on craft day. I ordered it long before they sold out of it. The
ITEM 542-658 Crafter’s Companion Pebeo Gilding Wax Empire Gold. This is not the first time they have sold something to me and reneged on the contract. Love Craft Days with HSN, but really hate being disappointed all the time.
Oh, and the email says “We have received the returned item below.” They never shipped it, so how could I have returned it? And, I certainly did not cancel it.

HSN loses most of my usiness because of this. It is hard to resist Anna Griffin or Totally Tiffany…but seriously I now boycott 80 percent of craft days
That happened to me at the July craft day with the ScanNCut. I received a confirmation after I ordered it but the next day they send me a notice that it had been oversold. I contacted them but they said there wasn’t anything they could do as the orders went to shipping in bulk and they would try and get it back within 30 days and if it didn’t come in by then the order would be cancelled. I said I would be happy to wait past the 30 days (I was able to take advantage of their birthday coupon) but they said it still would be cancelled if it wasn’t in within the 30 days. As it turned out it came in a few days before the deadline and I received it but I don’t think they should send you a confirmation if they aren’t going to follow through. If it oversells, they should honor the orders that come in first. It reminded me about the Seinfeld episode about car reservations!😁
It happened to me once and it was a problem with the manufacturer. But they gave me the option of extended delivery.
I received an email that my Crafters Companion water brush set was Sold Out. I ordered just after midnight. Now the status says ‘packaging. Go figure.
I sure would call customer service. As I mentioned in another convo, I woke up Thursday AM to find out all my orders were on extended delivery. I really wanted them too but in my frustration canceled them. Hope it works out for you!
I got another email from HSN for 2 more items I ordered at approximately 12:02 am Aug. 16th saying I “returned” the items. I did nothing of the sort! I want these items!!! They even continued to sell these items HOURS after my order was placed! I am disappointed to say the least!!!
ljfc, I would suggest you post your problem with your orders on the Customer Service Forum. The mods watch that forum much more closely than the others. They are really good with Customer Service and should be able to help you out.
