Extended delivery for Ybf makeup and craft items in packaging
I was willing to give hsn the benefit of the doubt because of the hurricane when my craft items stayed in packaging and didn’t ship. However, now I’m irritated because the makeup I ordered is on extended delivery. I worked for a company for 26 years in the IT Department. We learned very fast that when we had any kind of problem, if we told our users the truth, they were way more understanding than if we gave them a lame generic excuse. As far as I’m concerned, I’d rather hear what the real problem is. These issues have to be affecting thousands of shoppers. This is not a little thing. A “delay at the warehouse” is not an acceptable reason as far as I’m concerned.
Welcome to the forum ?. I have never seen shipping this bad in the past couple of years here. I hope they get all their problems worked out soon. I agree, and stated as such in the customer service thread about my orders. Just tell us what happened. Did shipping box union go on strike? Did craft day order fulfillment program get a virus, so the warehouse can’t print shipping tickets? Just tell us, we will understand and appreciate knowing the real reason for what is causing these uncalled for delays in shipping. Also at this point, I think ALL customers who have had ANY delayed items that were not on extended dellivery when ordered, should get $20.00 in spendable KASH.
