DISAPPOINTED BIG TIME – ANNA GRIFFIN KODAK PRINTER
I am so disappointed in the Kodak Printer by Anna Griffin that was supposed to be so easy to install the software and use in no time at all. I spent 3 hours of my own time trying to get the printer to function and then call the foreign company that now owns Kodak. The company tried for 2 hours to get the printer to work and then finally I gave up. I returned the printer and will not purchase this printer until a third version is released which actually has all of the bugs worked out of it.
I had this printer for over a year before I tried to hook it up to my desktop. After being on the phone for a long time with the technician’s assistance got it to run a test but never got it to work with my computer. Basically he said “Since we were able to run a successful test sheet, the printer is fine , so my job is done. Goodbye.” Still have not gotten it to work with my computer. Not a very happy camper.
Were you able to use the AG customize card feature? That’s what I bought it for. No one has been able to help me access that feature, always someone else’s problem. Waste of $$$$
That’s awful….sorry you had to go through all that. I hate when stuff
goes wrong with printers, computers, etc.
Right now, we can’t get our regular printer to work after Microsoft
did their latest update. So much for computer geniuses, huh? JollyJelly
