Craft day item
2 days ago I had a message on my answering machine from hsn. It was to let me know I should contact them if there was anything wrong with the product I ordered a month ago on craft day, spectrum noir sparkle markers. I thought this was strange as I’ve ordered many times from them before and never received a preemptive call. I also know that hundreds of people were waiting on their orders, who would be calling each person? Lo and behold my package arrived today. It was packaged thoroughly, a box in a box. Inside the smaller box were the markers tightly wrapped in bubble wrap. When I took the bubble wrap off, the ink leaked all over my hands. There is no way nobody noticed this. This wasn’t an electronic product that had defective internal parts. I am so disgusted. You’ve had my money for a month. A few days ago I was told hsn would extend my flex pays. I don’t know how this helps. You still have my money and all I have is ink all over me!

, I am so very sorry the order arrived damaged and leaking ink in the package. I know the delay has been a frustration made worse by the ink getting all over your hands. I’ve reported this, waived the return and refunded your order in full. The $20.66 credit will appear on your online card statement within 3 business days. Unfortunately, the Spectrum Noir is not available to send a replacement.
