CC subscription box 5 billing – so ANGRY
I subscribed to the crafters companion boxes from #1, and was really looking forward to #5. Just over a month ago, someone used my cc on line, cc company took care of it but started randomly declining charges from hsn. I missed one of Anna griffins subscription boxes because of it. So, I put in a new credit card and made it the primary so I wouldn’t miss any thing else, stupidly thinking that they would now use THAT card. I found out today I’ve missed 2 more subscriptions items, including cc box #5, which I really wanted. Apparently, the card you start the subscription with STAYS with it EVEN IF you delete that card! You have to manually go in and change the card for EACH shipment – which most you can’t do until near the shipment date!
I called cs and asked that they reverse the cancellation, and was told they can’t. So there is a box that was reserved for me, still exists and no one else can order it, but I can’t have it either. I am beyond angry.
What’s the point of giving a new card if they’re not going to use it?
I had my purse stolen and had to get a new card, I did not get my CC box # 4 so I called CS and they told me the old account # was still on the auto ship, they updated it and I was told they would release the box at a later time. I have not received box 4 and now # 5 as well. I made several calls trying to resolve the matter, but to no avail. I sent an email today and received a reply that there has been issues with quality control and these orders are on “freeze”. This is the first time I hear of this, on the calls that I had made previously this was never informed to me. I’m not sure what to believe because on my very 1st call I was told it had to do with the credit card #.
