Anna Griffin Holiday Embossing Folders on AutoShip Mistake
Hey HSN crafters, I just received my Anna Griffin Holiday Folder Bundle, Autoship and there was a mistake in the folders – I received TWO poinsettia folders, titled “Poinsettia Blooms” and no wreath – did anyone else have this problem?**** I was told by HSN customer service that the Anna Griffin company does not mail missing parts —

I would think you could just return them for an exchange, HSN should have them in stock as Anna will be offering them as a 1 time shipment for the 10/5 Craft Day shows… but don’t wait too long to do so.
I had that happen with some of the AG dies b4, didn’t receive all of them in the AS Kit, so I called CS and was told to return them and they would ship me a new set… it only took a week and I had my replacement AS with all the correct parts!:catvery-happy:
You could call the company directly to see if they can resolve this for you. Let them know you have auto shipments and you want it resolve before the next shipment.
I’m sorry to hear about the mistake in your folders! Thanks for the information – mine arrived today. I just checked and they are OK. I would imagine this set of folders will be available next week during the 24-Hr. Craft Day. I would suggest checking a couple of days before and see if they are available then call HSN and request an exchange.

That is not so, please go to her Facebook page or her Blog and send her an email, and she will fix it! She has done it for me before!!
She very proud of all her creations and will go out of her way to please her customers.
Hi. Once I read your post I immediately checked my folders. I fortunately did not have that problem. I have all of them, 6 different designs.
