Anna Griffin Angel dies
Any one else order the AG Angel dies, only to get a message that they oversold the product so wait for it. Later got an email that it’s being shipped (so excited), only to receive AG Christmas wreaths??? What a disappointment. I call, only to be told it’s sold out, that’s my fault?? I ordered it, waited for it,only to receive to receive the wrong item, now being told “too bad, so sad, not their problem, here’s your refund”!!! Close to stop shopping on HSN, as this is happening too often to me.
@sherlinn You can find your “Saved Items” if you go to your shopping cart and look, below any items in your cart – but above the Customer Service info.
You should see the words “Saved Items (#)” and a blue plus sign to the right of it. (it will have the number of items you have saved for later in the parenthesis.)
You can also hover over the cart icon on any page and a drop down menu will appear. If you cart is empty, then it will say “You haven’t added any items to your bag yet! Start Shopping or view Your Saved Items” It will have a link directly to your saved items.

Where do you find your items that you “saved for later” ?
The same thing happened to me also…first, sold out, then waitlisted, then sorry…still not available! It showed up some time later and I had to check my email because I had given up. I was one of the lucky ones, I actually got it in the end! Not sure just WHAT is going on!
The exact same thing happened to me!!! So frustrated, there were two reviews on angel die set that this happened to them also. This suggests that being sent the wrong item was not an isolated incident. I buy a lot of Anna Griffin products and am positive Anna G. would be upset to learn this has happened.
I got notice of refunds for 2 Jay King items I supposedly returned. I never received them. They were obviously oversold-just like airlines overbooking their planes. However I ordered my items 10-12 hours before the items were sold out online. They are not filling the items in the order that the items were purchased. Again, TY QVC!
