Anna Griffin and Shipping Delays
Sent Anna and her company a direct message today about shipping delays. I look forward to Anna’s shows and products but can no longer continue to enjoy her through HSN. She needs to find a new outlet for her products. Her brand and business is far too classy to do business with a company like HSN. Still waiting for the items I ordered on 10/5. Customer service won’t cancel and I have been charged. They won’t issue a refund unless I return the items. Seriously? Return items I don’t have so I can get a refund for something I didn’t get? Filed a grievance with the card company. So done with HSN.
