WP’s Stainless Mixing Bowls
I guess Wolfgang was listening. He put the silicone on the bottom of his bowls.
That silly grating/slicing thing on top is just that…silly. Besides that…a great set of bowls!
I guess I have to buy these now.
Wolfgang…TAKE MY MONEY!
I finally received my bowls today. I ordered the green and was surprised to find 1 blue bowl in the box. All of the lids are green though. There must be is a blue set with 1 green bowl somewhere. lolol! That is ok because I ordered the red last year and got a different color. I am very pleased with the bowls with the new set. Both sets do all nest together, but all the lids of course do not nest now.
I received my orange topped bowls yesterday and used them today. Great! I used the slicer for cucumbers and it was quite sharp. Of course, when you get near the end of what you’re cutting/grating, you’ll have to stop or you’ll cut your fingers so you have to use a knife, Nothing is perfect, lol I love how the set nests to save space.
We got our bowls today. Love love love these. Perfect size to add to our set of the larger orange bowls. I know we’re going to enjoy using these. Quality set.
I think grating and slicing directly into the bowls is a beautiful thing.
I love my bowls! Very impressed with the fast shipping. Really good quality and lids fit perfectly.
So happy that I ordered them.
Carlos, did your bowls arrive? What do you think? I almost didn’t order them because I really didn’t need them. We have a cottage up north, so my old set will head north.
I know when Carlos orders a kitchen item, he has done the research. If he is buying, I know I better too. Lol!
I ordered the WP Stainless Steel bowls in the past (without the silicone) and use them daily. I was happy the bowls are now available with silicone bottoms. I ordered a blue set. I also have the rice cooker but had to add a second one due to the small quantity produced. I had the 8 cup and 10 cup WP rice cookers years ago and have always been satisfied with the results.
My bowls just arrived and they’re beautiful. The lids are good and tight so they’ll be quite functional in the kitchen. Glad I got them!
I agree, the silicone coated bottom is nice. I bought the old WP SS Mixing Bowls a while back and if anyone has those, try using a damp large sponge to rest the bowl on…it stays where you want and you can turn as you go.:smileywink:
Hello Rachel. I think I confused myself. — LOL!
I did order the Bowls during the presentation.
The following day, I ordered the Rice cooker, but quickly changed my mind and I cancelled the order. ( so, no rice cooker)
Yesterday, I ordered a cooks essential Pressure Cooker from qvc. – k40340
I am thinking about ordering an Aroma Rice cooker from HSN ( or cheaper at Walmart. Walmart also has Aroma Pressure Cookers). :womanwink:
*** I agree. I also wanted a smaller size pressure cooker like a 4, 5, or 6 quart. I think the one I ordered is a 5 quart.
Those blades are sharp I have a hand guard from another food prep set protect your hands some how.
I got the bowls. I hope it works out. :womantongue:
I have the red bowls from the TSV last year. I ordered a set of these in green Saturday. I am very pleased with the bowls and lids I have. This new version has different sizes than what I already have. I am hoping they will all nest together.
I so wanted to get this set but just thought I didn’t have the room for yet another ‘something’…plus I also thought the grater thingie was silly. Wolfie looked as though he was having to almost sit on it most times. That said…I LOVED THE BOWLS…and the covers too!! AND…the silicone on the bottom.
Now I am SO SORRY that I didn’t just GO FOR IT….:womansad: :womansad: :womansad:
I like the fact that when you put the tops on nussing comes out.
I already have the old Stainless Mixing Bowls. I may add a bit of color:heart:
