R u serious? What coupon was it? I always use coupons on free shipping items, and that has never happened to me. That is messed up!

Which coupon? I used 160047 $15 off $100 order with HSN card, and I still got free shipping.

Did you cancel anything? I noticed smetimes when I cancel something … it will void the shipping discount.

There’s about an hour left for that coupon. If you are having trouble call CS or do live Chat sometimes they can give you the amt. in spendable Kash so you can hurry and make the purchases in time. I bookmarked a post that did the same thing (added to spendable kash). Am not sure how that bookmark stuff works tho. Just try chat asap.
