What is the return policy on the Chair Gym?
I read in some of the reviews that HSN does not provide a return shipping label for the Chair Gym. .. I sure I will love it, but just in csse…

Is there a warranty from the company of any kind? Help HSN?
Part of my point is why would anyone choose to pay ANY shipping if the product is not good enough to keep.
Paying shipping along with purchase price then waiting over a week or more just to be able to look at, feel, try on, whatever way you assess the purchase is what you expected. It seems to me that the only way online retailers can make up for the drawbacks of mail ordering is to assure that customers will never have to pay shipping at all.
Then Hosts who say, just get it home you have nothing to lose, will be a little more accurate.
Of course IF the price + shipping & tax is such a good price no one locally can compete with the pricing and availability, then it would be worth the online ordering experience.
bbboomer47, I believe HSN’s return policies state that you get your full purchase price back (including your original shipping) less the cost of the return shipping. If you paid to ship it back yourself, they wouldn’t make the deduction for return shipping. You only pay shipping one way.
HSN has explained that some of their vendors who ship the product directly to you have chosen not to participate in the Easy Returns program, so you are then responsible for the return shipping. Unfortunately, HSN has not always made it clear what ships from them and what ships from an outside vendor. That would a question a customer might want to ask when they purchase anything that might be heavy or bulky.
I have been with HSN for over 18 years and have never paid twice for shipping a purchased item, once at point of sale and once if I choose to return the item for any reason, not exclusively damaged or wrong faulty product in some other way.
I am shocked to hear that I am charged again for shipping if I need to return an item. I have been reading reviews complaining about this customer service problem but wasn’t until I called to day to verify that indeed credit card or payment source you originally used for purchase will be again charged for returns and on larger items that shipping and insurance for value of product is quite significantly expensive.
This is VERY bad business practice and makes Host’s constant claim that you can "Get it Home’ and if you don’t like it just send it back. You have nothing to lose".
Something to lose is more accurate. Paying for shipping to return purchase is what you have to lose.
Why would anyone buy online, wait a week and longer to arrive, then if per chance you don’t like the purchased item you pay again to get a refund for an item you have NOTHING TO LOSE.
I am sick of hearing that sales pitch considering it isn’t true and lacks integrity.
I bought one of these about 6 months ago, and I like it. I think the biggest complaint about it was that the DVD’s didn’t work. Mine didn’t work either, but the chair itself is made well.
Good to know…but why? Why not a return lablel? Also, why is the gray chair not available for shipping until Feb 20?

This is good to know I was thinking of purchasing this, but, I no longer purchase items that do not have an Easy Retun Label.
