What do I do when I relieves a broken item
I order a blush and it can in broken how do I go about replacing it ?
Thank you so much problem is I opened my items n tossed the box it came in not opening the makeup till I just was going to use it the other day n that’s when I noticed it was broken I didn’t think of checking them :/
Call Customer Service and tell them you received a defective item and that you would like a replacement (as long as the item is in stock). Make sure they do an even exchange and do not charge any return shipping or replacement shipping back to you. I have done this and never had a problem. Then check your order status and the total will say $0 to replace. If it is not in stock, you should receive a FULL refund.
Hi Janella. You can do a number of things. 1. You can send an e-mail directly to customer service describing the item. There is a link in blue above this area that you can use. (2) You can place a call directly to customer service at 800-284*3900 number, or if you bought the product on-line, then you can call 1-800-933-2887. (3) You can return the item without a phone call by packaging in the original box and envelope and completing the bottom of your invoice. One of the questions you need to answer is whether you would like a replacement. Don’t forget to separate this part from the original invoice and put it in the envelope. The return shipping label should be on the back of the invoice.
Now, after all is said and done, one of the manager’s on this website will also be able to assist you. They monitor all areas in the community. Hope this helps you.

Or you may receive help if you post this in the Customer Service–need help section of the forums. The mods are ususally pretty quick to respond to you there.
