Tony Little special
Why is there so much bread on the special Can you get just the meat?
If I were to buy I certainly wouldn’t eat it with any bread. Furthermore, I looked at the ingredient lists which lists sugar (8 different sugars in the Cinn Strips), artificial flavors, sodium nitrite, salt in different forms (especially in the hot dogs). The bison burger is 18% fat and 50% cholesterol. There’s less in good lean beef. So how is all this processed bison natural and healthy?
But the price just blows me away. They count each link, strip, hot dog and slider, each piece not being much in weight. The bison burgers are only 4 oz. each. (I don’t get very far eating 4 oz. of meat and doing workouts.) You get approximately 5 lbs of product in the 41 piece package. Hhhhhmmm. I don’t want to look at the larger package because it’s no big price break. I have to travel 30 miles to a store that sells bison but at least I get the meat ground fresh without any additives for much less in cost. I can season it to my liking which omits all the salt and sugar. Don’t tell me I’m paying for the gas mileage because I go with other places to shop at that distance and pick it up on the way.
BTW, theres some beef in the breakfast links. But to each their own. If it works for you, buy it by all means. Personally, I just can’t listen to Mr. Little.
It looks like a 4th of July in Tx—The bread is to show you where to put the meat.BB
Bread is not included in the purchase. Consider it a "serving suggestion" that you can choose to ignore.
