Todays special TENS unit question
how to you use the pads? they say reusable but i cant find anything on how they restick or how long they will last?
Hi I have mine from 10 yrs. ago.My dr. wrote me out a prescription for it and my insurance company pd. for all.the pads are very ticky. At that time it was thru medical supply store only.It was preset by the physical therapist.I guess they must have a new one.I used it for my migraines and neck problems great machine, karen
I have Fibromyalgia and have heard a little about the TENS units so I thought I would give this a try. I’ll let you all know how it works on me. The reviews were good otherwise I wouldn’t have bothered. Love trying new natural things!
I’ve owned and used a TENS unit for more than a decade. I keep my spare set of pads in the fridge (the recommended storage) and the old school sticky pads last 4ever – even without the re-wetting, I’ve never had to replace them. Just put them back on the original "holder sheet" when you are done using them. Of course, I’m sure the newer units must have some form of obsolescence included, since the money-grubbers can’t be satisfied without creating repeat customers. 😉
I hope your products works as well as my old machine does – I have saved myself and my medical insurers thousands in physical therapy visits!
These machines are no less than amazing! To get two for the price of one-even more amazing! The pads I have were the ones that come with it 3 years ago. Just wet them and they will get sticky again. I am considering buying this TS since then I will have a machine to put on two different areas of my body. DREAMY::womanvery-happy:
The adhesive on the pads remains sticky even after they are used and removed. They are stored on a plastic like sheet between uses. If they seem to be less sticky, a drop or two of water revives the adhesive. I’ve used mine for 2+ years and had not had to replace the pads yet. I use my Aurawave at least once a week. I love it.
