Refunds for magazine subscriptions with Today’s Special
I bought the SSC Cleanser TS and just recently the Jay Manuel TS but did not receive a rebate form since I do not want the magazine subscriptions. Does anyone know if these forms are available online to download and print?
Please just let us have the opt out option!
ALERT: JAY Manual TVS had a 1-year SELF magazine…haven’t gotten my product, but isn’t it usually on the receipt bill? It has been so long…but I don’t want this (or the Allure I’m stuck with)….Seems there was a notice on the billing that comes with the product that you can fill out and send to the magazine place…my mind is going quickly….but I’ll be looking for that product…but want a refund for the magazine….Hope we find the real answer…

Hi Gianna37, I’m sorry you didn’t receive the form with your orders however, I can help you to reprint them. I located the Jay Manuel offer but was not able to locate the SSC Cleaner. For assistance to cancel this one, you can call Dedicated HSN/Conde Nast Customer Service line at 866-201-4030.
If you do not want the magazine subscription for Jay Manuel and instead prefer to receive a refund, please visit HSN.com and search SELF MAGAZINE. Print and fill out the refund form, write “Self Magazine Refund” on a copy of your purchase confirmation and mail both documents within 30 days of receipt of your purchase to: Condé Nast Special Programs-HSN, PO Box 37722, Boone, IA 50037-0722. Please allow 4-6 weeks for the refund to be mailed to you. The refund will be in the amount of $12.
